About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing exceptional patient care and service. You will work collaboratively with our team of internationally-renowned Orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Establish functional and objective goals based on clinical examination
  • Provide detailed treatment and care plans for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license
  • CPR certification
