About the Role

Beverly Rehab LLC is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Homeless Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with homeless shelters, breadlines, and other organizations in Charleston and other cities in West Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit clients from homeless shelters and other organizations to participate in our addiction treatment and mental health programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at homeless shelters and other organizations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with our treatment team to ensure seamless transitions for clients
  • Monitor client progress and provide regular updates to our management team

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with homeless shelters and similar organizations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with remote work and ability to travel to homeless shelters and other organizations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
