About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Aspire Living & Learning. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral services to children with autism and other disabilities in a special education setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of 16 students, providing behavioral services and implementing individualized educational and behavioral programs.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses to develop function-based intervention plans.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions about progress and programming, and collaborate with school team members, parents, and outside providers.
  • Train and provide feedback to behavior therapists, and work to implement each student's educational and behavioral programs.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures.
  • The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress.
  • Valid driver's license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or a similar field required.
  • Masters' Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Education, or a related field with ABA coursework preferred.
  • Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
