Job Summary
ABA Provider Services is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive and rewarding support to children with Autism. As a BCBA, you will oversee a team of Behavior Therapists (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) as they deliver one-on-one ABA therapy. Your responsibilities will include assessing, evaluating, and creating treatment plans for students, as well as supporting their families through direct training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct oversight to Behavior Therapists (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• Assess, evaluate, and create treatment plans for students
• Support families through direct training and guidance

Caseload and Location
Your caseload will be clustered in a geographic area of your choice, with opportunities throughout Connecticut.

Requirements
A BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and CT LBA are required for this position.
