Job Summary:
Soliant Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in Watertown, SD. As a leading provider of educational services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting, working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders, developing and implementing treatment plans to address identified needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives to support student communication and literacy skills.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Active SLPA/SLP license in South Dakota
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals
