LGBTQ Mental Health Program Coordinator

Social Model Recovery Systems, a non-profit organization, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Royal Palms Premier LGBTQ Program in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in facilitating the delivery of treatment services to program residents/participants.
Job DescriptionWe are committed to providing direct treatment services for individuals whose lives have become unmanageable due to alcohol and other drug use or mental health issues.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the LPHA (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts) for the program, reviewing resident/participant charts, determining medical necessity and level of care, and creating authorizations to treat.
- Facilitate individual counseling, group sessions, multi-family sessions, and educational groups to deliver effective treatment services.
- Document services provided according to standards set by the Agency and applicable County, State, and Federal regulations.
- Maintain familiarity with regulatory expectations, ethical standards, and Agency policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- LCSW, MFT, or ASW, AMFT with a minimum of one year's experience.
- Registered with the BBS.
- Knowledge of 12-Step philosophy.
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with credential and experience. The estimated salary for this position is $**$70,000 - $90,000 per year**, depending on qualifications.
