The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Alto's strategy and tackling its most pressing challenges. As an early member of a high-energy, tight-knit team, you will have a significant impact on the organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, including people management, data management, and fleet management tools.
  • Develop and mentor future leaders within the organization.
  • Lead projects and analysis to address Alto's most critical strategic challenges.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Field Operations, Product & Engineering, Human Resources, and Commercial Organizations to design and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and take calculated risks to bring game-changing ideas to the table.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within Alto's operations and work closely with Strategy & Operations analysts to amplify results.
  • Build functional expertise across the organization and adapt to varying day-to-day responsibilities, from optimizing fleet operations to supporting drivers.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within Alto's operations and contribute to the department's roadmap.
  • Ensure all office personnel have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, transportation, and logistics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Fleet management experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A builder mentality and product-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate intrinsic drive.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
