Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility machinery to maintain peak operational performance.
  • Lead inventory evaluations and assist in the development or adjustment of equipment Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Participate in the procurement process for external services and prepare comprehensive job packages.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and contribute to fostering a secure workplace.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance while keeping precise records and analyzing data to enhance machine efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-9 years in maintenance roles, with extensive knowledge of control systems and 480-volt electrical circuits, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in welding, fabrication, and operating electronic instrumentation, alongside electromechanical or electrohydraulic equipment.
  • Safety Commitment: A strong dedication to safety practices, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and maintaining a record of zero violations.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and repair production and facility equipment, including providing emergency repairs.
  • Inventory Management: Experience in overseeing electronic parts inventory systems and coordinating material requirements effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Up to $31.00 per hour, based on experience.
