Key Responsibilities- Represent Empyrean Hospice with professionalism and compassion
- Manage daily branch operations, staff, patients, and community relationships
- Evaluate hospice services and supervise staff using measurable outcomes
- Oversee operational planning, budgeting, and compliance
- Ensure adequate staffing and current clinical information
- Lead IDG discussions and plans of care
- Communicate effectively with staff, departments, and senior management
- Implement service policies and procedures
- Direct staff handling of responsibilities
- Monitor service utilization and complete data collection and reporting
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors for effective management

- Intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft suite
