Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher at Brilliant Minds Learning Center. The successful candidate will work closely with the lead teacher to provide a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students.

The Assistant Teacher will be responsible for assisting with classroom duties, including cleaning, playing with children, lesson planning, and diaper changing. They will also participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess some experience working with children. A background check and drug test will also be required.
