WMS Engineer

Job Description

1. WMS System Maintenance and Support

a. Record, analyze, resolve, and organize user system issues.

b. Identify common problems and propose improvement measures and standards, and coordinate their implementation.

c. Conduct regular training for key system users and end-users.

d. Provide reasonable suggestions and opinions for issues arising during WMS system operation.

e. Analyze system data issues and formulate solutions.

f. Allocate user permissions and adjust system parameters.

2. Implementation and Promotion of WMS System Optimization Tasks

a. Analyze and document complex system issues and new requirements.

b. Develop optimization and solution proposals for system improvements and new requirements.

c. Coordinate resources to drive the implementation of optimization tasks and new solutions.

d. Review and modify job responsibilities and user permissions according to company regulations.

e. Adjust system parameters according to company regulations.

f. Continuously learn and master the basic functions of various modules within the system.

3. WMS Project Implementation

a. Develop project plans according to project requirements.

b. Conduct requirement surveys and write requirement documents.

c. Review business processes and develop solution proposals.

d. Configure the system, perform system testing, and import data

e. Prepare operation manuals, and guidelines, and conduct user training.

f. Support system deployment and provide ongoing operational support.

4. Completion of other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: 90k-110k

Skills and Requirements

3-7 years of WMS Technical Support Experience, specifically with programming.

Strong Knowledge of Manufacturing environments preferred

SQL/Oracle Reports/Programming experience

Strong Communications skills and ability to be flexible in a ever changing environment FluxWMS
