At Pacifica Hotels, we pride ourselves on providing a serene and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Our property features a unique blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal destination for both leisure and business travelers.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to enhance our housekeeping team. The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that all standards are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow established guidelines to promote the health, safety, and comfort of both guests and team members.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per property-specific protocols.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while delivering personalized service to our guests.
- Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms according to company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Complete cleaning tasks within the timeframes set by the Executive Housekeeper.
- Adhere to company policies regarding lost and found items and room security.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Support other team members and departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
