About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth across the U.S. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing sales/customer base, developing a customer base necessary to meet all sales forecasts, and providing daily and weekly reporting of sales pipeline and customer updates. You will also be responsible for cold-calling and regularly following up on inbound leads, prospects, and sales inquiries of new and existing business. Additionally, you will demonstrate success in growing existing client product portfolio.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will have a strong background in B2B food sales or Consumer Packaged Goods, a proven track record of consistently meeting sales forecasts, and excellent negotiation and closing skills. You will be rewarded with a salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per year plus commission, full benefits package, and opportunity to work remotely for an established organization.
