Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items following Rigsby's established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Complete all assigned preparation tasks efficiently.
  • Set up your workstation according to the designated layout.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area before, during, and after your shift.
  • Participate in daily and weekly cleaning assignments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to reach and store items on high and low shelves.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using kitchen tools, including knives and food preparation equipment.
  • Mobility is essential throughout the entire shift.
