Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Small Format Team Member. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming experience for all customers, engage with them in a genuine way, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including emptying garbage cans, attending to restroom cleanliness, and collecting carts.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for customers, push and stock product to sales floor, and execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately execute all pulls, including daily Fills, out-of-stock, manual, and guest requests, and backstock product from all departments.
  • Receiving and Processing: Process all inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy and complete all backroom daily and weekly audits.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer questions quickly, and maintain a welcoming and helpful attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work collaboratively with other team members, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, climb up and down ladders, and lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
