Your Role

As a Sales Manager at O'Neill, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team by delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales results. You will hold a key role in maintaining the daily operations of the store, training and motivating associates, and ensuring that the store meets O'Neill's high standards.


Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience.

You will be a role-model leader, motivating and inspiring the team through O'Neill's core values. You will hold associates accountable to rocking O'Neill's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.


  • You will take pride in training and developing associates to ensure they continue to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.
  • You will challenge Sales Associates with clear, attainable goals and consistently provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.

Requirements

  • You must love O'Neill product.
  • You must have led teams in a retail management role previously.
  • You must be able to multi-task and have attention to detail, with strong priority-setting and time management skills.
  • You must have flexible availability and be available to work when the guest shops.
  • You must love a discount (60% off O'Neill product and 30% off outside brands).
  • You must love a good contest to earn additional FREE merchandise.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30lbs.
  • Ability to work a sales floor and stockroom.
