Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Property Manager/ Property Manager to join our team at ESRA Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio. This includes managing building occupancy and maintenance, communicating with tenants, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building Operations: Assist in managing all aspects of building occupancy and maintenance, including coordinating with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
  • Tenant Communication: Communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues and complaints, and resolve any conflicts or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with outside vendors to arrange for repairs, maintenance, landscaping, security, and other services.
  • Financial Management: Collect monthly fees, maintain records of payments and rental activity, and manage budgets and accounts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and updated resident files and records, and report any problems or issues to the property manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, management, or real estate preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or real estate (1-3 years); strong understanding of anti-discrimination housing laws.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, strong customer service skills, skilled in time management, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Licensing: Any required state licensing.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
