Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and guests at community desks during late-night hours. As a Night Desk Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform administrative tasks, and serve as an additional line of security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to residents and guests
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as access control and key management
  • Enhance the residential student experience
  • Work collaboratively with University Housing staff
Requirements
  • Be enrolled on at least a half-time basis at the University of Georgia
  • Be in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct and University Housing
  • Not exceed 20 hours of work per week across all student staff positions
  • Not exceed 6 consecutive hours of work per shift
Working Conditions

This position is based in a standard office environment.
