We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at FleetPride, Inc. As a member of our service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about working on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, diagnosing complex issues, and implementing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including oil changes, brake replacements, and engine overhauls.
  • Diagnose complex issues using advanced tools and techniques, and develop effective solutions to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance.
  • A CDL A or B license.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
