Position Overview:

  • Support the surgical team during operations, providing expert assistance and anticipating the needs of the medical professionals.
  • Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of the surgeons, providing proactive support and minimizing delays.
  • Distribute supplies and perform equipment maintenance, ensuring the operating room is well-stocked and functioning optimally.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a surgical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical tools, procedures, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
