Job Title: Mammography Technologist

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team in Yuba City, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform routine and specialized breast procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of diagnostic mammography principles and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and specialized breast procedures to produce high-quality images
  • Work independently to execute safe and precise procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
  • May be responsible for orienting other staff to the department
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or equivalent education/experience
  • CA CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists
  • CA RHM-Radiology Mammography
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level II - Less than 5 years of experience
  • Level III - 5+ years recent relevant experience

Pay Range: $55.53 to $69.40 per hour

Compensation takes into account several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, and certifications, department equity, training, and organizational needs.
