  • Work with precision under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-stress situations.
  • Maintain sensitivity and maturity in difficult situations, providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in science and mathematics.
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program, with a solid understanding of surgical procedures and techniques.
  • Certification required within 12 months of program completion, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification, ensuring you are equipped to respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions.
  • 1-2 years of Operating Room experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced surgical environment.
