As a Charge Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Unit at Swedish First Hill, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least one year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in Pediatric Nursing.
