Job Summary

As a Charge Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Unit at Swedish First Hill, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • At least one year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in Pediatric Nursing.
