Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated NICU/Pediatrics Nurse to join our team at Galaxy Technology Hires LLC. This is a full-time opportunity with a 36-hour workweek, featuring 12-hour shifts and a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient care needs, developing and implementing individualized plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide expert nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with industry advancements and best practices.
  • Lead and coordinate teams, delegating tasks and promoting a culture of inquiry and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year NICU Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
