Key Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for:

  • Facilitating the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and policies as necessary.
  • Collaborating with first line stakeholders to identify suitable risk metrics and key risk indicators to ensure compliance with established risk appetites.
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to assess and manage new or emerging risks associated with business initiatives and regulatory changes.
  • Providing independent evaluations of the completeness and effectiveness of Risk and Control Self-Assessments.
  • Advising first line stakeholders on incident management, ensuring adherence to global policies and identifying trends.
  • Delivering comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management reporting and analysis to governance forums and risk committees, including Key Risk Indicators and incident trends.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are executed in accordance with global standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Building constructive relationships with business units to offer risk management guidance and support for business initiatives.
  • Utilizing technical skills to analyze and visually present data to assist business units in effective risk management.
  • Identifying and monitoring control deficiencies and following up on preventive measures established by business units.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management within the Financial Services sector, preferably in Asset Management, or at least 5 years in back office/middle office operations with a solid understanding of Enterprise Risk.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management practices (2nd line).
  • Preference for candidates with experience in third-party risk management, change risk management, or operational risk management.
  • A good understanding of regulatory requirements for asset management firms.
  • A solid grasp of operational resilience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees and/or certifications are advantageous.
