Job Summary

The Client Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our clients and clinicians. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, clinicians, and caregivers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with branch staff and clients/caregivers to set client/referral source evaluation, delivery, and repair appointments.
  • Assist in the completion of work orders, including verification of client information, equipment detail entry, and eligibility for funding.
  • Perform data entry of all pertinent information, including scanning documentation received, and file documents and folders.
  • Assist with physical inventory and provide clerical support for the preparation of inventory documentation.
  • Responsible for continuing education related to job duties, including staying informed about and familiar with NSM's current and/or new policies and procedures.
  • Perform any directly-related job duties as assigned by branch leadership, carrying out all position expectations in a professional manner.
