Academic Support Specialist

Sylvan Learning Center is seeking dedicated professionals to support students from Pre-K to Grade 12. Our team will work with students to ensure they progress through academic skills and develop real-life skills. This is a scheduled contract position to work Monday-Friday. Positions are available at two locations. Our staff will provide a fun, enjoyable, and relaxing work environment with lots of support from fellow teachers and staff. We pride ourselves in instilling knowledge and confidence in each customer we benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree required, Teaching Credential recommended (required for some subjects)
Enjoy teaching, working, and inspiring students
Be punctual and have reliable transportation
Experience working with children, or in a classroom setting and/or working with children/adults with developmental delays/disabilities
