Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at IBG. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for our medical device products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software architectures and designs for embedded devices
  • Implement and test software using Embedded C and QNX
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workflow, requirements, and design
  • Provide work direction to team members and ensure timely delivery of software
  • Participate in concurrent engineering teams to define workflow, requirements, and design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in Embedded C and QNX
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Matlab and algorithm implementation
  • Knowledge of good architectural design methodologies and patterns
  • Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
