We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Legend Senior Living. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure quality of care
- Verify proper distribution and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders
- Participate in regular resident assessments and service planning, and follow up with ancillary health care services as needed
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
- Provide direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or on-call rotation
- Relay resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
- Current LPN nursing license
- CPR certification as required by the state
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in senior living
