Position Overview:

As a Senior Community Engagement Specialist at Kinetic, you will serve as the vital link between our brand and local communities, focusing on building strong connections and reinforcing our reputation as a reliable service provider. Your role is crucial in supporting the initiatives of the Regional Marketing Consultant to uphold Kinetic's dedication to local engagement through various events and personal interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Your efforts will drive new sales opportunities and facilitate service upgrades through proactive community outreach. You will act as a consultant, adeptly identifying and addressing customer needs while providing a personalized service experience.

As Kinetic's representative, you will ensure that customer service is delivered with a personal touch. Your duties will include:

  • Identifying and participating in branding and sales events.
  • Utilizing marketing insights from the Regional Marketing Consultant.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders and operations teams to enhance community engagement.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with local homeowners' associations, real estate agencies, and other community partners.

By keeping these entities informed about our services, you will ensure that new residents are well-acquainted with Kinetic's offerings and commitment to the community.

Active local engagement is essential; you will work closely with local chambers, civic groups, charitable organizations, and other community partners, enhancing Kinetic's image as an integral part of the locality. Your role will involve collaborating with operations teams to address and resolve customer escalations promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

As the local expert, you will monitor competitor activities and provide valuable insights to our team. Building strong relationships with other sales teams will be vital to ensure a unified approach in all customer interactions. Ultimately, you will champion Kinetic's Local initiative, promoting our local contact points and ensuring the community is aware of their local support team.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency.
  • Experience in creating and managing project plans and timelines to meet key deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within a designated territory.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications, broadband, and related technologies.
  • Experience in project management and customer service.
  • A college degree with 3-5 years of professional experience or 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
