Role Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Substance Abuse Support Specialist position will be dependable and dedicated, equipped to offer exceptional support to our clients. This role requires compassion and a steadfast commitment to adhering to health and safety protocols. The primary objective is to enhance the well-being of clients through high-quality care.

Work Schedule:
Evening shift (4pm-12am) and Day shift (8am-4pm) available (Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday).

Employment Status:
Non-Exempt / Hourly

Compensation:
Up to $19.22 (with CASAC-T or QHP) or up to $18.47 (without credentials).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate recovery plans.
2. Provide crisis intervention.
3. Ensure client safety at all times.
4. Assist with daily activities and maintain program structure.
5. Communicate effectively with colleagues to meet client needs.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CASAC-T or QHP preferred.
- Six months of experience in the field of Substance Use Disorders or a related area preferred.
