We are partnering with a law firm client based in CA to identify a qualified Corporate Paralegal to provide part-time ad hoc support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable preparing first drafts of simple corporate agreements, such as board resolutions, officers' certificates, and promissory notes. A background in M&A or corporate governance would be a solid fit.

Initially, hours will be very part-time, with a likely increase in workload as needed. Working hours will primarily align with West Coast hours. If you are interested, please respond with your resume and hourly requirements. The hourly rate starts at $35, but may be negotiable.
