We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Randstad Life Sciences US. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of specimens, as well as maintaining high-quality test results.
Key Responsibilities- Process and analyze specimens using approved testing procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient test results and quality control activities
- Review and release test results in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines
- Participate in quality control activities and instrument calibrations
- Identify and correct problems that may affect test performance or reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- 1 year of clinical laboratory experience in high-complexity testing
- National certification as an MT/MLT from a recognized organization
- Ability to establish work priorities and handle multiple procedures simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
