About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity to join Assurance Healthcare Staffing as a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care unit. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Key responsibilities will include facilitating, implementing, and evaluating the Patient Plan of Care and outcomes, collaborating with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes, and being seen as a patient advocate. Additionally, you will demonstrate appropriate clinical skills and technical competence in providing patient care, think critically to assess, analyze, and communicate patient information in a timely manner, and accurately and promptly document all patient assessments, interventions, responses, and provider communication.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program, be a Registered Nurse with current licensure in the State of Delaware, and hold certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH. You will also need to have experience in a hospital or acute care setting, preferably in a step-down level of care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
