Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join a premier biotech client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly and packaging activities, inspecting assembled devices and pouches, and packaging final kits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment used in the production area.
  • Complete all manufacturing documents and perform inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
  • Calculate expiration dates on finished goods and components, and accurately use equipment and methods for quality control and inventory control of production.
  • Perform set-ups and changeovers for production equipment, conduct in-process, hourly, or matrix testing, and adhere to all Quality System Regulations (QSRs), manufacturing instructions, operating procedures, and drawings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills, and ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Familiarity with quality control and inventory control practices, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 pounds], and manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
