Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment in the production area.
  • Complete all manufacturing documents accurately.
  • Perform inspections, testing, and quality control measures.
  • Calculate expiration dates on finished goods and components.
  • Use equipment and methods for quality control and inventory control of production.
  • Perform set-ups and changeovers for production equipment.
  • Conduct in-process, hourly, or matrix testing.
  • Adhere to all Quality System Regulations (QSRs), manufacturing instructions, operating procedures, and drawings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Familiarity with quality control and inventory control practices.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
