Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team in Miami, FL. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading our clinical operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical team, including workflow, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning among our team members, providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination of care.
Requirements
- Education: Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of hire.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of managing several primary care offices, including managing a team of providers and clinical leaders.
- Licenses: State licensed in Florida, obtained before hire.
