  • Delivery and Inventory Management: Implement a just-in-time production strategy and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal efficiency.

  • Employee Development: Build trust with employees by being transparent, listening to concerns, and following up to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment.
  • College degree in a related field or a combination of high school degree and several years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook, with previous experience with Kronos as a time management tool an asset.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Lean Manufacturing process systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, high integrity, and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
