We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Management Associate to join our Home Partnership team at Unison. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing residential real estate transactions, ensuring the protection of our investors and homeowners, and driving the growth of our home equity co-investment business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee property sales and contract buyouts to ensure seamless transactions and protect the interests of our investors and homeowners.
- Resolve complex asset management challenges related to home equity investments with accuracy, detail, and empathy.
- Liaise between the homeowner and internal groups (compliance, operations, legal, and investment management) to maintain education and transparency.
- Document all homeowner interactions to maintain a system of records that can be used to provide actionable data to help shape how we manage partner relationships.
- Manage a personal pipeline of servicing and asset management cases.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for overseeing property sales and contract buyouts.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges related to home equity investments.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales lead conversion and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to enhance our home equity co-investment business and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Active Casualty & Property insurance license.
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate, mortgage lending, asset management, financial services, or a related field.
- Broad knowledge of homeowners insurance policies.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to handle complex and sometimes charged interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service acumen and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ownership mentality to take initiative and drive meaningful impact within the company.
- An adaptable learner with a proven ability to experiment, take on new challenges, and develop quickly in a fast-paced environment.
