Job Title: Compensation Program Manager

About the Role:
The Compensation Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring compensation projects and programs to attract and retain top talent globally. This role will manage projects from inception to rollout, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.

• Conduct market analysis to inform compensation decisions and ensure programs remain competitive.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand market trends and make informed compensation decisions.

• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Develop and communicate compensation strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance.

• 7+ years' experience in HR or Compensation, with a focus on global compensation administration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in compensation software and HCM systems.
