Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Clinician, Surgery Scheduling Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this leadership role, you will work closely with our clinical experts to develop and implement practice guidelines, participate in clinical pathway teams, and maintain established standards of care and practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Role: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team as a direct care provider and clinical expert.
  • Practice Development: Develop and implement practice guidelines, participate in clinical pathway teams, and maintain established standards of care and practice.
  • Staff Development: Foster a culture of excellence through staff development, clinical improvement activities, and patient/staff education.
  • Education and Certification: Maintain current, unrestricted license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Georgia and hold American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the area of nursing assigned.
  • Certification: Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Georgia and American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Certification: National Certification in Clinical Specialty.
