About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and developing solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Gather and document business requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units and create requirement work products for solution providers.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
- System Impact Assessment: Assess system impacts, provide gap and process analysis, and cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service-related initiatives.
- Liaison and Facilitation: Act as liaison between the user community and internal IT resources, planning, facilitating, and participating in working sessions with cross-functional resources.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 7+ years of Supply Chain Management Business Analysis/Product Owner experience in an Agile environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite, and Power BI
