Job Overview:
- Possess over 10 years of comprehensive experience, with a proven track record of leading AI initiatives, particularly in Generative AI, while effectively managing both onshore and offshore teams.
- Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of practical implementation experience with large language model frameworks and tools such as Langchain, Llamaindex, and Flowise.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in fine-tuning large language models.
- Exhibit 2+ years of expertise in natural language processing, large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Showcase over 5 years of experience in exploratory data analysis and feature engineering, particularly with unstructured text data and structured or semi-structured metadata.
- Possess expert-level proficiency in Python and associated machine/deep learning libraries, including Sklearn, Torch, Keras, Spacy, and Pandas.
- Experience in chatbot development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation techniques and their application in AI projects.
- Demonstrate experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI models in production settings.
- Have a solid background in NLP libraries and frameworks, including Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience in designing and developing chatbots and virtual assistants is essential.
- Proficient in utilizing and fine-tuning transformer-based models like GPT.
- Experience in customizing pre-trained models for specific applications, such as virtual assistants or task automation.
- Demonstrate capability in integrating applications with various platforms and services through RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with data pipeline and ETL processes is required.
- Experience in A/B testing, model tuning, and iterative enhancements to improve chatbot accuracy and user satisfaction.
