Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Utilize industry-leading software, such as HydraTech, to create accurate and efficient design drawings for fire protection systems.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Management, Estimation, and Sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry codes and standards, and apply this knowledge to design and implement fire protection systems that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of project design data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in fire design is necessary, with a proven track record of designing various types of fire protection systems.
  • Certifications: NICET certification is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of industry-specific software and codes, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
