Job Title: Co-Occurring Specialist - CADC

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Co-Occurring Specialist - CADC to join our team. As a Co-Occurring Specialist, you will work with individuals who have co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, providing assessment, direct service, and clinical leadership to the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop integrated mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions for individuals with co-occurring disorders.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to PACT staff in the area of co-occurring treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide highly individualized services to enrollees.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of individuals with co-occurring disorders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Proof of CADC certification.
  • 2 years' experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Benefits:
