Integration and Verification Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon's Ground Radars & Platforms Center within Systems Integration & Test. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Patriot program.
Key Responsibilities- Support system level integration and verification, including test planning and execution in the test facilities
- Prepare integration and verification documentation, such as test plans, procedures, test cases, and reports
- Utilize DOORS to capture verification artifacts and maintain traceability to requirements
- Develop automated testing frameworks in support of integration and verification
- Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues and complete requirement verification
- Compile, summarize, and present data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers
- Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues
- Develop simulation scenarios to evaluate system performance
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with Patriot system in an integration lab and/or test facility
- Experience with systems integration and/or verification strategy
- Experience with DOORS and/or MATLAB
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation and verification
- Experience with the operations and maintenance of the Patriot system, and Patriot specific data collection and analysis tools
- Experience working with customers to plan and execute program test activities
- Experience in development of test plans, procedures, and/or reports
- Experience support test events with radar systems, weapons systems, or command and control systems
