Job Overview

The Westmoor Country Club is seeking dedicated bartenders to deliver outstanding beverage service to our esteemed members and their guests during a la carte dining, special events, and private gatherings. While prior experience is advantageous, we offer comprehensive in-house training for those new to the role.

Position Details:

This is a part-time role averaging 20 to 25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process and prepare beverage orders
  • Engage professionally with members and colleagues
  • Possess a solid understanding of menus and point-of-sale systems
  • Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Ensure accuracy in member billing
  • Assist in setting up and restocking bar areas, washing glassware, receiving deliveries, organizing storage, and performing other tasks necessary for maintaining bar operations

Qualifications:

  • Valid bartending license for the relevant jurisdiction
  • Current Serve Safe certification
  • Flexible availability, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Passion for providing friendly and professional service
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to undertake additional job-related tasks as needed
  • Capability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
