Lead Mixologist

The Westmoor Country Club is seeking a skilled Head Bartender to deliver outstanding beverage service to our esteemed members and their guests during various dining experiences, including a la carte meals, special events, and private gatherings.

As a Head Bartender, you will:

• Provide exceptional drink service to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with local bartending regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Supervise and train junior bartenders and bar staff.
• Contribute to the development of new drink menus and specials.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A valid bartending license for the City of Brookfield.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A willingness to work until closing hours.
• A friendly and engaging demeanor.
• A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Previous leadership experience in a club or resort environment is advantageous.
