Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team at Silverspot Cinema. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive experience at Silverspot Cinema.
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to Silverspot recipes, using high-quality ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy and fully stocked station.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to all safety policies and procedures, and reporting any concerns to management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and to ensure seamless service to guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be of legal age to bartend (varies by state).
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
