We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our team at Industrial Profile Systems. As a CNC Router Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our MultiCam Router, ensuring high-quality production and meeting customer demands.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine dimensional criteria and tolerances.
- Perform set-ups and tool pathing for router operation, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
- CNC machine parts on our MultiCam Router, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Identify and obtain necessary tooling and equipment for assigned operations.
- Maintain tooling and perform preventative maintenance on the machine as needed.
- Operate a tow motor and overhead crane as required.
- Assist in maintaining the highest quality of product provided by Industrial Profile Systems.
- Perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC router machining experience.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Enroute routing software.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in basic math for measurement and calculations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Well-organized with an aptitude for details and precision machining.
- Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Able to stand or walk for the majority of the day and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
